Responsibilities

• Establish a strong relationship with your key accounts, your customer stakeholders, and your executive sponsors as a trusted advisor.
• Manage your accounts, making sure your customers receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or relevant field with minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience
• Experience in account servicing and strong client management.
• Familiarity with modern web and application development technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Strong sales, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Aggressive, focused on getting the job done, and have a solid track record of hitting sales goals.

Summary

The Retail Watch Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day duties at the retail outlet, including sales, stocks, and ensuring proper housekeeping. They are in constant contact with their customer and responsible for ensuring that they give great customer service so as to drive sales.

Job scope:

• Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
• Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.

Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost

· Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes

· Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation

· Administer employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits

As a Tax Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership in global mobility, corporate income tax compliance, and broader tax-related initiatives. This managerial position requires a seasoned professional to guide a team in delivering exceptional services to multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Mobility Services:

• Lead and manage comprehensive global mobility services, including individual income tax compliance (Form IR8A, IR21, Form B1 etc), payroll management, and advisory services.
• Provide strategic guidance to tax and human resource professionals within multinational companies, ensuring effective management of the tax implications of their global workforce.

2. Corporate Income Tax Compliance:

• Direct and support the team in various taxation services, such as analyzing financial statements, minimizing tax costs, and ensuring accurate filing.
• Oversee the preparation of corporate tax computations, ECI, Form C/C-S filings, withholding taxes, and applications for Certificate of Residence (COR) for Double Taxation Agreements (DTA).
• Conduct in-depth research on various tax matters and handle ad hoc tasks related to corporate tax.

3. Goods and Services Tax Compliance:

• Assist clients with GST registration matters, including reviewing and advising on the basis for GST registration, completing the GST F1 “Application for GST registration” form and ensuring supporting documents are provided.
• Prepare and draft GST returns for clients across various industries.
• Analyse and review sales and purchase listings to identify and clarify client issues.

4. Advisory Leadership:

• Provide strategic advisory support on taxation matters, advising clients on implications and suggesting applicable treatments for their business transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide proactive guidance on optimizing tax positions.

5. Client Relationship Management and Business Development:

• Lead client engagements, fostering strong relationships, and identifying additional business opportunities.
• Explore and drive opportunities for strategic initiatives that align with clients' overall business objectives.

6. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of tax advisory and compliance professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development.
