JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochure.
-Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
-Provide administrative support to sales team.
-Handling/follow up with customers on all sales support matters.
-Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
-Coordination and monitor for clients order.
-Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments; Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries and inform customers of shipment details.
-Handle ad hoc task as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre- U/A level/College in Others or equivalent.
-Fresh Graduate, with or without experience all are welcome.
-Will provide training.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel.
-Able to work in a Fast-Paced Environment and resilient to stress.
REMUNERATION:
-Basic Salary: $2000-$2500 (depending on experience)
-Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 05:30pm -Saturday: 08:30am – 01:00pm (5.5 days, alternate Saturday Off, if there is a fifth Saturday in that month, collective employees need come in office)
