Responsibilities

Counter Duties

• Attending to walk in parents and children’s enquiries and requests.
• Attending to guests/visitors and informing Staff of their guests/visitors arrival.

• Attending couriers, delivery & dispatch personnels.

• Handling mailing of letters.

• Answering of phone calls and divert to relevant staff/teachers when needed.

Admin duties
• General Administrative work

• Maintaining the office environment

• Data entry

• Assist in purchasing activity including office supplies, outsourcing activity, etc.

• Inventory management of Stationery & teaching materials

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

HR support

• To support and prepare new employee pre and post on boarding process.
• Assisting interview process by scheduling interview
• Maintain P-files and ensure all e P-files are updated and well recorded.
• Administering and maintain HR records such as employee database in workday, HR reports on time.
• Monitor and process work pass application and renewal for existing WP/SP employee.
• Leading the internship program
• Support in culture event and CSR program
• Assist with any other HR administrator tasks.

Office support

• Manage office incoming & outgoing mail/ courier etc
• Office stationery - liaise and place order with supplier and stock up necessary item. timely quantity check and ensure users needs are met.
• Pantry item and its supply - top up the snack when volume is low and ensure timely stock check on the inventory.
• Manage the janitors and ensure the cleaning schedule are follows
• Ensure the office area is clean and tidy and compliance to 5S practises.
• Ensure pantry area, meeting rooms are clean and tidy
• Manage the Hallway TV and its content, display of new employee photo at the hallway and ensure the front countertop are always tidiness.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management discipline, engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in the manufactring space

Responsibility

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions.
• Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes at country level.
• Assist in monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reporting.
• HR Audit and ISO 27001 Audit.
• Handling of IR21 and annual income tax submission.
• Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff.
• Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office.
• Any other HR or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Well versed in End-to-End processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on with a positive attitude.
• Meticulous and well-organized.
• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Excel VBA Macro will be a plus.

Customer service support

Salary: $2900

Location: Marine Parade or Punggol

Working Days: 4-5 days work week (working & off schedule are base on 3 week shift)

• Week 1 : 2 days Off (Thu & Fri)

• Week 3 : 3 days Off (Mon, Tue & Sat)

Working hours :

Mon- Fri: 12pm-8pm / 3pm-11pm (8hrs) | Sat & Sun : starting from 8am or 9am (9hrs -11hrs )

• Handles customer enquiries (walked-in, phone, emails etc).

• Able to commit shift hours & work on weekends.
