We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst Specialist with a focus on Application development and Improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for coding and improvement.

The successful candidate will join the Team that is responsible for establishing and governing the software development and application support processes, ensuring compliance with the established policies and guidelines. The team also looks into areas of improvement in the IT Delivery Team and other departments.

The level of the staff will be offered base on his/her experience level and their ability to fit the job scope described.

Job Scope (Process Improvement and Internal Projects)

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on the following functions:

Primary Function:

(A) Responsible for Application Development, including but not limited to the following:

· To support the development, support, and maintenance of the internally developed back- office application solutions and governance enforcement systems and tools. e.g., billing system, customer registration system, etc.

· Identify IT Delivery improvement opportunities and support requests from other teams or departments that have identified process or productivity improvement opportunities.

· Creating and maintaining projects that use different technologies such as automation, BI reports, and .Net programming language

· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

· Develop and enforce coding practices.

Secondary Function:

The Team is also handling the following functions, and the successful candidate may be assigned to assist with these functions:

· DevOps process: design, implement, and maintain the continuous integration and deployment pipeline for our software applications.

· Support Audits

- This includes external compliance audits for areas responsible by the IT Dept., i.e., ISO 22301, Finance Audit, ISO 27001, etc.

· Application Security

- To work with the application security IT analyst to enforce Security practices.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary education with working experience or knowledge in the following areas:

· Understanding the SDLC and agile processes

a. Should have working experience or knowledge in the following Programming language:

• C#.NET
• WCF / Web API
• Angular / ReactJS

The Senior Product Executive is responsible to drive the delivery of apps and services on the platform, and to take on the role of product owner for his/her apps and services portfolio.

· Product Management

JOB SCOPE (RISK MANAGEMENT, AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE)

Primary Function:

Responsible for the function of Risk Management, Audit and Compliance for the organisation. The scope of work includes but not limited to the following: -

Direct, management and support the organisation’s risk management process and ensure alignment with Group GRC effort. This will include but not limited to: -

• Support the collation of statistics for Sustainability reporting to parent company.

Manage the e-training service sourcing and renewal as assigned.

Engage the subject matter experts in creating engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, to promote understanding of cyber security awareness/best practices and any training required for compliance purposes.

Track and report on training effectiveness and participation rates, and adjust training content as necessary with subject matter experts, to address emerging threats and challenges

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary education with working experience/knowledge in the following area:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in preparing audits and assessments related to ISO 27001, 22301, and information security standards.

Proven experience in project management.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001/22301 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are desirable.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PDPC is a plus

Primary Function:

1. Provide leadership in managing the operational team and to establish the standards and governance processes. This include but not limited to the following: -

• Adopt and enforce industry best practice in incident and problem management process.
• Define and enforce operation support SLA.
• Establish guideline/processes which will improve the overall IT delivery team operations (Applications Ops and N&O).
• Establish a regime of audit and monitoring capabilities to ensure that the teams comply with any established policies, standards and guidelines.
• Manage a team of indirect reporting software and systems engineers to provide the L1/L2 IT support to our internal and external customers.
