JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS.
• Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology (IT) Officer supports the IRSG secretariat’s IT infrastructure and is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the IT network, computers, and other digital systems while supporting and enhancing the IRSG's cybersecurity posture.

(E) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An Undergraduate university degree (Minimum of Bachelor degree but preferably a Masters Degree) in computer science, information systems, information technology (with a specialization in software engineering) or a related field is mandatory. Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SANS, GIAC, CEH, etc. will be an added advantage.

A minimum of three years (but preferably five years) of progressively responsible experience in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer information technology systems or related areas is required.

Experience in the administration of IT infrastructure, including network servers, web servers, virtual private networks, firewalls, and wireless services, is required, as is the ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for the design and planning of network communication systems. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop low-latency backend micro-services using the latest version of Java, AMPS, and Solace.
• Design and develop web trading frontends using React, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind, Finsemble, and AMPS.
• Implement strategic solutions for automated testing, platform monitoring, compliance controls, automated deployment, trade reconciliation, and application recovery.
• Partner with key members of the trading desk and the product team to help shape product features and enhance their usability.

Qualifications:

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team (Infosec) responsible for ensuring that readiness in compliance to PCI DSS and MAS TRMG for SIA group. This role is required to create, maintain and run PCI DSS and TRMG compliance program, and monitor business activities to assure the organization maintains its PCI compliance and TRMG certification.

Key Responsibilities:

•Understand the SIA’s business and the reliance on credit card payments/transactions

•Develop, maintain and execute an assurance program that ensure full compliance to PCI DSS and other card payment certifications

•Keep up with new developments in PCI DSS and TRMG and other related information security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II) and assess the impact of such changes on organization.
