Role responsibilities

• Be part of the team to architect and bring up the new data platform and service infrastructure for autonomous prime mover (APM) business.
• Architect proper data models to meet all business needs in APM R&D and production operation scenarios.
• Design and develop scalable and robust backend services to serve data to developers, operators, and customers for creating dashboards, reports, supporting machine learning needs and triage and troubleshooting.
• Design and develop large scale IoT system to track live operation data for fleet management.
• Bring up universal auth integration and best security practice.
• Provide common client SDK for all data platform backend services.

Required experience

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related relevant field.
• 1+ years' experience in backend implementation and RESTful API implementation.

• Responsible for tier-1 & tier 2 network monitoring and operations of customer's IDC network, conducting 7*24*365 shift based rotation.
• Responsible for promptly responding to, following up on, and driving the resolution of various network alarms and faults. Escalate to tier-2 engineer if needed.
• Responsible for following up and finishing network breakfixes like switch replacement, link repairing and dark fiber restoration. Work with IDC technicians to conduct physical work and provide proper instruction remotely.
• Responsible for conducting some simple network maintenance.
• Summarise daily monitoring and operations work into documents and regularly share within the team.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Technical Management

• Support projects in APAC regions that are managed by APAC storage team
• Maintain configuration standards and design guidelines for storage systems, management systems and required software.
• Provide technical assistance to deployment teams.
• Maintain, adhere, and improve the standard operating procedures followed in the bank.
• Perform storage resource allocations and migrations when required complying the process.

Business relationships

• Communicate with APS, business, and other ITP teams during different project stages.

Governance

Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:
