Key Responsibilities;

1. Achieve high standards of safe and pollution-free operations of vessels by ensuring that company policies related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) are effectively implemented.

7. Effectively and efficiently carry out routine vessel inspections, dry-docking and major repairs.
8. Plan and implement corrective actions for defects that may exist in the vessels and ensure compliance with planned maintenance schedule for assigned vessel.
9. Monitor and ensure that all applicable vessel certifications are valid and surveys / renewals are planned well in time.
10. Verify all incoming reports from the vessels and identify areas which require immediate attention and take corrective actions.
11. Ensure fleet vessels performance is within charter party requirements and company goals.
12. Ensure that all technical reports required by various stakeholders are submitted on time.
13. Prepare all necessary documentation pertaining to Hull and Machinery and P and I insurance claims for vessels under their charge.
14. Prepare repair specifications and coordinate with various repair firms for effecting major repairs, if any, during, the voyage without incurring delay to vessel.
15. Monitor and ensure appropriate resource allocation by regularly reviewing the Work and Rest Hours of personnel on board.
16. Maintain cordial relations with senior officers and general wellbeing of seafarers onboard assigned vessel.
17. Supervise Purchase Executives on their day-to-day responsibilities.
18. Carry out Vessel Inspections as per the schedule timely and file the report.
19. Carry out audit of HSEQA system elements as directed by the DPA/ Management Representative/Management Appointee.
20. Report system non-conformities and verify that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and found effective.

Requirements;

1. Preferably with COC Class 1
2. Preferably with least 10 years’ of sailing experience on Offshore vessels (i.e., Anchor Handling and Towing (AHTS), Offshore Supply Vessel and Dive Support Vessel), out of which minimum 2 years as a Chief Engineer.
3. Trained in major overhauls of marine diesel engines.
4. Experience of carrying out dry dock of OSVs
5. Has good troubleshooting knowledge in electrical / automation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad.
• Shall have a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
• Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.

Requirements:

• Under the Building Control Act, RTOs shall be accredited with Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• To carry out supervision and inspection of the works to ensure that works are constructed in accordance to contract specifications and drawings
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in HDB BTO Project as RTO.
• Preferably need to complete one full cycle of BTO project Under consultant Side.

Responsibilities

· To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.

· Ensure and monitor work progress and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications, Drawings, all other contract documents, site instruction, relevant Building Control Acts and Regulations and requirements or regulations imposed by the relevant authorities.

· Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.

· Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

· Willing to work on rotation shifts.

· Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in HDB/LTA/PUB projects

• Registered RTO with IES/ACES

Responsibilities

• Involved in supporting infrastructure architecture, resource planning, system performance and overall infrastructure operating environment for either on-premise infrastructure or cloud computing platforms, or both.
• Support new application system initiatives and to drive development of infrastructure architecture, system integration, acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing
• Run infrastructure services either on premise, hybrid or public cloud environment to support application systems by working closely with Applications Service counterparts
• Understand systems operations environment and drive Architecture Review and Governance Process to ensure smooth and sustained operations (including resiliency requirements)

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with validated records of having utilized architect design capabilities in infrastructure management for both on premise and Cloud workloads.
• Certification in a Cloud Technology platform (either in Architecture, DevOps or System Administration/ SysOps track) preferred.
• Need to demonstrate broad level of technical expertise in the area of Infrastructure Services, with appreciation in one or more areas of Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing and DevOps Engineering concepts.
• Proactive and dedicated individual with good leadership and multi-tasking capabilities
• Good interpersonal skills, oral and written skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence partners of different level

• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)

As a Programme Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Programme Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
