• Arrange all the logistics to ensure the smooth and successful running of thecourses/programmes including activities such as scouting for trainingvenues, caterers, accomodation, organizing social events, handling enqiries, preparing course materials and ensuring that vendors deliver goods and services that meet expectations to run the courses/programmes smoothly
• Liaise with internal stakeholders
• Update of courses databases to ensure course information is complete and could be collated when needed
• Follow up on outstanding matters after the courses/programmes to ensure good customer service delivered
• Prepare and compile course evaluation report
• Prepare and issuance of Certificate upon course completion
• Process trainer’s remuneration payment for Finance to make payment
• Provide Finance with supporting documents to process bill payments to training venue provider, caterer and printing company etc
• Ad hoc admin duties as assigned

The Company

Ayzer Sense Medical Pte Ltd (“Ayzer Sense”), a portfolio company of Trendlines Medical Singapore, is a development-stage company focused on development of innovative solutions that address the pressure ulcer challenge faced by healthcare institutions.

Job Purpose

This role will be reporting to the Board of Directors of Ayzer Sense. The incumbent will work closely with lead board member to drive the business and operational objectives for the long-term success of the company.

Responsibilities

Management / leadership

· Lead the development of the company, developing strategies to achieve planned company’s milestones

· Provide leadership to engineers and other staff in achieving the company’s objectives

· Plan and propose resources to support the growth demands of the company

· Communicate with external and internal stakeholders and shareholders

Operational and clinical partnership

· Work closely with the engineering team to create strong partnership with manufacturers in the production of products with a keen commercial focus

· Act as interface with consultants leading to the successful product registration in jurisdictions such as FDA, CE Mark, HSA and others

· Identify key opinion leaders (KOL) to support clinical marketing efforts

· Identify and execute suitable clinical plans that accentuate the clinical strength of the company’s product

Market expansion

· Identify and evaluate new market opportunities including geographic expansion

· Provide leadership in the commercialization efforts of the company’s product, including development and execution of entry strategies for new markets to ensure successful market penetration and growth

· Implement and execute plans that includes sourcing for distribution partners and identifying suitable channels to market the product

Financial Management

· Oversee the financial management of the company

· Work with the finance team to seek revenue forecast and budget

· Monitor financial performance against forecasts and execute corrective actions as needed for cost management of top-line and bottom line

· Work with lead director in the fundraise to support the company’s financial resources

Qualifications and experience

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering

· Minimum 8 years in management role and proven ability demonstrated to manage P&L business

· Prior knowledge or experience working in medical device industry, particularly relating to hospital beds development will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

To carry out thoroughly review and verify all project-related drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings, and as-built drawings) and specifications for all Works. Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues before the commencement and throughout the progression of works/activities on site.

To carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.

Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.

Maintain a daily site records and submit weekly progress report with photographs to the Consultant/Project Lead.

To proactively highlight issue and any unusual site findings to the Consultant/Project Lead to ensure solutions or directions are given in a timely manner.

Able to work under pressure with ability to work independently

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing.

National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred.

Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works.

Familiar with local codes and regulations, as well as technical knowledge.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and report.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of systems and equipment, including warehouse systems, material handling and automation systems, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, packaging and inspection machines, washing machines, and waste management systems.
• Ensure all maintenance activities and repairs are completed promptly according to assignments, schedules, procedures, checklists, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Oversee the technical purchase requisition of spare parts, contracts, and services in accordance with company policies to support maintenance activities.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize downtime of systems and equipment.
• Proactively resolve technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all Safe Work Procedures and Food Safety requirements.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• At least a Diploma in a related technical field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP applications, and IT devices.
• Skilled in operating industrial workshop equipment and welding tools.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Candidates are required to carry heavy loads, and comfortable working at heights.
