EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Diploma holders with experience will be considered.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in IT technical support role

Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for driving and utilizing data analytics to develop intelligent insights for AML programs which includes customer risk-profiling, enhanced name screening, advanced on-going monitoring and management information system

• To work with multiple stakeholders to obtain data and deliver outcomes

• To work with large data sets and visualize outputs, ensuring data accuracy and good segmentation of data sets for tactical data mining tasks

• To perform documentation of methodology and outputs of data analytics and perform model validation

• Break down complex issues and develop solutions through data analytics, and present the findings in a structured and explainable manner

• Leverage on data analytics to support overall AML strategies to meet MAS regulations and expectations

• Use advance data modelling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings and leverage these insights in initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of AML program

• Deliver MIS dashboard to facilitate AML compliance oversight and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics) • Fresh grads, 0-5 years of experience are welcome to apply

Main Responsibilities:

Application monitoring responsibilities

• Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring.

• Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.

• Support overnight batches which take place during the Singapore Morning and early afternoon time to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize down-time.

• Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly run.

Incidents and Requests management (business users and others IT teams)

• Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to business users (trader, risk manager, market risk monitoring operator, back-office and middle-office analyst, market data administrator…)

• Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests.

Problem management and continuous improvement

• Prepare and maintain knowledge base for each of the application in the scope of the team in coordination with the build team and the ops team.

• Collaborate with build team to assess the priority of the problem and follow-up the resolution, even contributing to the definition of long term solution.

• Provide non-functional requirement to the build team to implement monitoring as code whenever available.

The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service. Candidate should have a strong appetite in the capital market functional business.

Shift Timings

• Work hours : 8:45am – 6:30pm SGT and shift rotation 5PM – 2AM SGT

• Rotational Week-end support.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant specialities

• Candidates should have at least 4 years experience in application support activity.

• ITIL certification.

• Good understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities.

• Relevant experience on Asset Control software

• Exposure to the Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments (Bonds, Rates, Equity, etc..), trading lifecycle and specifically market data.

• Relevant experience with working with external source like Bloomberg, reuters

• Expertise in static market data with knowledge of data types, sources, and uses within financial systems, including reference data, price data.

• Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL,

• High level of proficiency in unix/linux scripting.

• Strong knowledge in XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M.

• Knowledge of monitoring solutions (E.g ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search)

• Ability to work well under pressure.
