Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on intricate business cases related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Propose comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
• Conduct thorough solution testing and offer support during user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training sessions for both users and administrators.
• Showcase the capabilities of MS Dynamics CRM solutions to clients effectively.
• Design customized solutions to address diverse business, interface, and performance requirements.
• Develop detailed functional requirements and designs for customizations.
• Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and document them accurately.
• Estimate the tasks involved in implementing solutions.
• Perform data migration, including data mapping, from external systems into MS CRM.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Microsoft Dynamics, offering guidance to clients and mentoring team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or other relevant equivalent field of study.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server would be advantageous.

About the Role
The Program Management Officer will play a crucial role in providing operational support for our division and various projects. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage Resource CVs, JDs, Skill Matrix, assignment and forecast.

· Manage Division’s SharePoint and asset inventory.

· Develop and maintain Operation and Project Templates and processes.

· Prepare Monthly Timesheets, P&L and Utilisation Reports.

· Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting slides and compile notes.

· Provide admin support and QA to Pre-sales and Projects.

· Offer miscellaneous administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements

· A Diploma or Degree.

· 2-3 years of experience in Project Management Office or related roles.

· Comfortable with calculating costing, revenue, and P&L numbers.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and word.

· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

· Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

· Strong time management and prioritization skills.

· Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

· Proactive nature with a sense of initiative.
