Job Description:

• Primarily to support the data processing and analysis.
• Survey conducted with firms to understand the current state of the workforce in the Built Environment sector. There will be multi-agency coordination to develop specific sectoral based approaches.
• The position involves manpower workforce-related data collection, data cleaning and analysis to the study sector. The job holder will be responsible with processing the data to meet several study outcomes. Under the guidance of supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder and above with disciplines in Engineering & Science
• There will be learning opportunity for candidates who are keen to understand national programme development and data applications in programmes
• Strong interest in understanding the construction sector and stakeholders involved management firms, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong data analytical knowledge and data processing skillsets such as PowerBI, Process Automation (RPA) will be preferred.

Role:

• Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.
• Oversee the sales order process, including purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders.
• Verify customer orders, including customer details and payment information.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
• Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.

Job Functions:

• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and maintain the Micro SaaS (Microservices as a Service)/LaaS (Logistic as a Service)/WMS (Warehouse Management System) website and its underlying platform components.
• Analyze and optimize web application performance to enhance overall user experience.
• Manage and maintain large-scale data suites on overseas cloud platforms, ensuring the stability and efficiency of data platforms and services.
• Monitor cloud resources, manage costs, and implement optimization strategies.
• Automating operations, performance tuning, troubleshooting and incident response, and cloud platform management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science-related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience; with minimal 2 years of working experience in Internet industry
• Proficiency in Java or TypeScript (Angular) for software development.
• Experience with K8S, Docker, SQL Server, MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ, and similar technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and Scrum methodologies are plus.
• Experience in managing cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
