About the role

The Head of Legal Asia, part of the Global Legal Team, will oversee the delivery of legal support across the Asia portfolio, supporting PIDG’s InfraCo product offering in Asia. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, the Head of Legal Asia will take responsibility for ensuring that InfraCo adheres to all legal requirements on its projects and investments and monitoring all applicable legal aspects of its projects and investments.

Roles & Resposibilities

Projects and Investment

• Manage and oversee advice and actions in relation to the development, structuring, financing and operating of investments and projects, including in relation to dropping, wind-down, expansion and/or exits.
• Manage and oversee drafting of project development, investment, financing and divestment related documents. Manage and oversee legal negotiations on the same and provide support for project teams in drafting and finalisation of commercial contracts.
• Manage, monitor and provide active oversight of legal and risk aspects, spotting issues and providing mitigations project development, investment, financing and divestment activities.
• Manage litigation risks in respect of projects and investments. Oversee day to day management of legal disputes and liaise with Global General Counsel on potential strategies.
• Review and interpret legal and regulatory requirements and provision of pertinent, clear and concise advice and opinions to support project teams.
• Provide ad hoc advice in respect of project development, investment, financing and divestment activities.
• Work closely and coordinate with the Business Integrity Team to ensure seamless delivery on projects and investments.

Corporate aspects, risk management & functional support

• Support the Global General Counsel on various matters.
• Manage and oversee external counsel and advisors in the delivery of work product, including managing counsel spend and budget.
• Build, manage and maintain strong working relationships with other key stakeholders within PIDG.
• Define and carry out goals and agenda for the Asia Legal Team and development of the function in agreement with the Global General Counsel.
• Manage and motivate the Asia Legal Team to achieve efficient and effective service levels to internal and external stakeholders, including effective team building, management and succession planning as a functional leader.
• Management of Asia Legal Team spend.
• Work closely with and support other functions across PIDG in relation to legal matters and strategies, which may include employment, data privacy and regulatory aspects.
• Play a key role as senior team member, working with other Legal leads across PIDG as required to support and develop the Global Legal function in PIDG, including providing training and sharing of ideas and best practices.
• Act in all instances as an ambassador of PIDG, displaying and demonstrating the highest ethical and moral standards.

Qualifications and education requirements

• J.D. or equivalent law degree.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong academics.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on relevant legal experience.
• Strong experience in Asia, particularly in emerging markets, including development finance, project finance and M&A.
• Expertise in infrastructure or related sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in laws from a recognized law school. Postgraduate qualifications in Master of Laws is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior legal role.
• Expertise in corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution in the local market.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and the Board.

Role Overview:

The Programme Executive plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing all school programmes for the School of English and the Chinese School of International Studies. • Process payments, manage vendor relationships, and handle tutor/marker claims (claim forms, invoices, and purchase orders).

Student Enrolment and Materials Preparation

Qualifications & Experience

•Degree in Computer Science and Applications or equivalent

• Good ICT technical knowledge

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Web Programming

• Familiarity with school environment and MOE Information Communication Technologies (ICT) initiatives would be an advantage

•The Software Support Executive should have more than 3 years of working experience in a similar role or on similar projects, with responsibilities aligning with the Scope of Work

Technical Competencies

•Excellent web application system design and development programming skill

•Excellent Object Oriented Programs (OOPS) and Web Services

•Possess strong interpersonal, communication, planning and analytical skills

•Ability to multi-task; work independently and as a team.

•Experienced in API integration and Single Sign-on (SSO) multiple application

•Preferred technologies skill: PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Angular, CodeIgniter, Web Services, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

The Programme Executive is responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of academic programs, managing student onboarding, recruitment, and coordinating with external partners. The role involves pre- and post-course activities, compliance with quality standards, and working closely with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of academic and HR-related programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Onboarding:

• Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed.
• Provide guidance and support to students during their transition into the institution, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Ensure students have access to necessary resources for academic success, including course materials and orientation sessions.

Programme Management:

• Oversee the academic programmes under your care and managing student recruitment.
• Handle pre- and post-course activities, including planning, scheduling, and class coordination for each study term.
• Provide administrative support during the study term, assist in exam preparation, liaise with invigilators, and manage result processing.
• Assist the QA Manager with programme coordination, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of programme activities and participants, evaluating the effectiveness of academic and HR programmes monthly.

Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure the programme’s compliance with regulatory bodies such as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Committee for Private Education (CPE), and EduTrust.
• Handle documentation related to government funding applications (e.g., Skills Development Fund) via TPGateway.

Student Support:

• Act as the main point of contact for students throughout their academic journey, providing timely assistance with academic inquiries or administrative matters.
• Organize and conduct student orientation sessions to familiarize new students with the institution’s policies, procedures, and available resources.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of academic and HR programmes.
• Liaise with lecturers and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and student support.

Data & Reporting:

• Compile and track key program performance data, preparing reports for management on enrolment, retention, and student feedback.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programmes monthly and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar administrative role within a private educational institution.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, lecturers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with education management systems (e.g., TPGateway, CRM platforms).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the education sector (SSG, CPE, EduTrust) is a plus.
• Experience in student services or educational program administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also handling tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

· Making sure that all customers deadlines are met; to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

· At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or Sales & Marketing is preferred.

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.

· Working experience in Manufacturing Environment will be advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.), Outlook, PowerPoint.
