Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Regional Head of Commercial will lead the team responsible for the delivery of the 3 pronged commercial goals for Branded owned events in Asia Pacific and beyond - 1) revenue generation 2) audience development and retention 3) best in class servicing and brand reputation.

The key measure of success for this role will be securing revenue through the development of creative partnerships that deliver sponsorship and long term strategic associations for global brands accessing and influencing the entertainment industry in Asia. Priority focus is on Branded’s B2B owned IP with an expert reputation in Sports, Music, Digital, Marketing and Gaming and their synergies in a global context.

It is expected that the individual will have strategic foresight and ideas to deliver pipeline sales development, the communication and servicing skills to build valuable long-term relationships and renewals, and the leadership acumen to develop a successful, loyal and motivated sales team with a stellar reputation in the marketplace.

Overview

This role will be part of the Workforce Services (WS) department with the Enterprise Technology Services (ET&S) group. The program manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of the operational framework, governance, event management, reporting and structure within the WS Asset Management function.

The Asset Management decommission and disposal function in WS is responsible for ensuring adherence to the firms updated policies and procedures, this includes but is not limited to ensuring adoption of the firms standard inventory tool globally for all off-net data bearing assets, adoption of firm shipping standards and creation of procedures and reporting in support of. Defining global reporting and structure as well as aligned Hiring.

The inventory function ensures adherence to firm tooling requirements and asset Lifecyle management globally, the role will have controls within, and across regions via desktop and/or field level validations. The main objective of the role is to ensure all data bearing assets within the region are accounted for via an offline inventory and any events to reuse or dispose of said assets are executed in compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures, and that asset records remain reconcilable at all times.

The successful candidate will build relationships across different regions and time zones to support the role and WS’s Risk agenda.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure regional WS adherence to Asset inventory policy and procedures
• Program manage operational execution of WS Asset Management function within region.

· Architect and design the solution for the Backup Portal, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Manager, software engineers, quality engineers and Cloud & Infrastructure Technology engineers, to understand requirements and deliver software development solutions.

· Analyze, design, and develop new features for the Backup Portal, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

· Estimate the effort required for implementing new features and provide accurate timelines for project or release completion.

• Develop integrations with other applications and services.

· Analyze data sources, propose optimal data layers for reporting, and describe data transformation processes.

· Implement automated unit testing and actively participate in automated integration testing to ensure reliable and robust functionality.

· Document the solution, its architecture, and related processes, while also automating relevant procedures for improved efficiency.

· Manage application release and collaborate with DevSecOps tools for deploying and versioning code. Deploy solutions on the cloud with CI/CD integration.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies with the team to execute on prioritized features.

· Ensure quality on-time delivery according to standards and best practices methodologies.

· Provide guidance and support to junior developers, assisting them in their growth and ensuring consistent quality in development efforts.

· Act as a level 3 support resource, addressing and resolving complex technical issues related to the Backup Portal.

• Stay current with industry best practices and trends.
• Ensure strong documentations using collaborative tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
• Conduct end-users training & collect feedback on deliverables to perform impact analysis.

Requirements:

· 7+ years hands-on coding and software design experience building robust and scalable software. Proficiency in Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Hibernate, Jasper Reports, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, HTML, Freemarker, Git.

· Experience in building data-intensive applications in a modern technology stack, including cloud services (AWS, Azure), data pipelines, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL.

• Experience in designing, architecting, and maintaining applications.
• Experience building and consuming web-based APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and test-driven development leveraging a Version Control system.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Experienced with developing unit testing and different testing strategies such as performance testing.

· Experience working with SCRUM or any other agile methodology, promoting collaboration and iterative development.

Education Minimum Requirement

· MSc Degree or BSc Degree in a Computer Science or Engineering related field is preferred (i.e. Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering etc).

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for day-to-day operational activities in company's systems, to ensure optimum system performance and determine the system strategy for business continuity.
• Review, implement and uphold the effective implementation of IT policies and operations protocols within the company.
• Lead a team of operational engineers to work with outsourced service providers and stakeholders in delivering company's operational objectives e.g. data conveyance, tools updates and maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, .
• Review and plan for systems integration efforts to ensure the company's system is built in an efficient and robust manner towards a high level of maintainability, reliability and availability based on established guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor and ensure that ATFM and Service Desk operations are functional, assist and triage issues.

• Accountable for maintaining and tracking of company's asset inventory management to ensure all assets are accounted for.

Requirement:
