Responsibilities
Monitor servers, systems, and networks in a 24/7/365 uptime environment.
Manage all monitoring, alerts, and escalated calls, addressing help desk tickets to meet service level objectives.
Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for responding to system alerts and performing routine tasks with consistent accuracy.
Perform tasks such as Data Centre walkthrough, checking job status, updating tickets, and escorting vendors for hardware replacement according to SOP.
Demonstrate initiative by providing feedback on existing processes and procedures, contributing ideas for continuous improvements.
Utilize experience with the system to review documentation regularly.


Requirements
ITIL Foundation V4 is preferred.
Proficiency in monitoring tools, service desk systems essential.
ITSM and ITOM certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will support the Service Monitoring Unit of the Customer Correspondence Unit (CCU) and responsible for managing, analysing data related to customer correspondence, as well as preparing reports and presentations to support CCU's operations.

What you will be working on

• Compile, monitor, and analyse statistics related to the Customer Correspondence Unit (CCU), including the productivity and performance of officers. Present findings through various data visualization formats for comprehensive reporting.
• Dive into data to derive insights on trending topics and issues in operations and perform forecasting to better manage resources and case load.
• Provide assistance to projects leveraging data to gather customer insights and enhance the overall customer experience. Effectively communicate analysis outcomes and key concepts through engaging presentations.
• Support the preparation of presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders to showcase the work/projects under CCU.
• Support operational functions that span across the department or various CCU teams, such as standardising scheme and category tagging across different Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) from various outfits.
• Collate statistics from diverse Customer Correspondence Unit (CCU) teams or outfits. Additionally, contribute to the drafting of the monthly department newsletter, ensuring a harmonized and cohesive representation of information.

• Proven experience in compiling, monitoring, and analysing statistics with demonstrated experience in working with large datasets.

• Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions for BMS Project.
• Manage, lead, and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator and sub-contractors.

Technical Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of design engineers in the design and development of semiconductor equipment from module to machine conceptualization
• Carries out CIP programs to extend product life cycle, enhance product competitiveness, improve gross margins and lower COO
• Reliability and feasibility tests
• Support Technical Sales in specs review, costing and product evaluation
• Resolve all technical field issues within the Product family
• Responsible for product performance on site.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least a good Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, with a working knowledge on fundamental hardware and software design applications
• Strong technical background in semiconductor related equipment development involving ultra-high precision, high speed mechanisms
• Possess good technical drawing skills using either ProE/SolidWorks/Solid Edge.
• Good knowledge in semiconductor packaging and assembly processes
• Excellent systematic problem-solving ability using DFMEA or other tools
• Experienced as a Technical leader with good project management skills and able to leverage on group dynamics to achieve breakthrough and results
