The candidate will be responsible for the management an outsourced IT vendor for IT Infra and Helpdesk support of 150+ users across 8 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

MS Power Platform Development Tasks/ Skills

• Competent in MS Office productivity tools. Able to write macro scripts for Excel.
• Able to write Powershell or other methods to perform CRUD functions within MS Admin Centre.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with internal users to analyse, to document business processes using ‘swim-lanes’ via Visio or a similar tool for IT Operations and other process improvements.
• Development of workflow automation solution using MS Power Platform including Powershell, Forms, Power Automate integrating with Sharepoint.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including booking systems, cargo flow modules, management reporting and customer databases
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various trade teams to make informed decisions
• Assist with the implementation of eCommerce projects and optimization of corporate systems, data and tools to enhance department productivity
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in shipping data to optimize cargo selections, routing management, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, finance, logistics and operations to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements
• Steer improvement mindset and adoption of new technologies & processes
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent with at leats 1-2 years of experiences is advantageous
• Possess excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI preferred
