1.1 Level A
· Basic knowledge in Network services (including WAN & LAN). CCNA (Cisco Certificated Network Assiociation) certification and CCSA (Checkpoint Certificated Security Administrator) certification.
1.2 Level B
· Good knowledge and skills in Network services (including WAN & LAN). CCNP (Cisco Certificated Network Professional) certification and CCSA (Checkpoint Certificated Security Administrator) certification or other security certifications are preferred.
2. Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Incident and escalation handling

3. Competence Levels
3.1 Technical / Professional Competencies
· Experienced in banking network implementation and troubleshooting.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
· 12 years' solid experience as network in MNC infrastructure equipment and healthcare infrastructure.
· Hands on technical skill in security products by Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and Check Point.
· Strong networking skills (Layer 2/3 switching, Dynamic Routing EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, Load Balance, Router, Network Security, Cloud networking and Security)
· Experienced in Cisco ACI implementation, troubleshooting and certification holder such as CCIE is a bonus.
· Hands on experience in supporting complex data center and network problems.
· Experience diagnosing network problems and maintaining network security.
· Experience developing and training technical team.
· Good written and spoken skills in English. Cantonese and Chinese are bonus.
