Job Scope:
- Liaise and work with solution providers for the setup and troubleshooting of the IT systems hardware.
- Experiences in troubleshooting, installation, configuration, diagnostic and maintenance for Desktop, Laptop, Server, Storage, Tape Library and Network Switch.
- Implement, test and troubleshoot servers, security and network equipment in IT system.
- Coordinating with Auditor on the scope and execution of the security testing Conduct hardening of servers /network equipment according to hardening baselines.
- Conduct maintenance for FES and network equipment and conduct Site Testing
- Prepare monthly report.
- Standby 24/7 for Maintenance fault response.
Requirements;
- Diploma in Computer Science, Infocomm, or related field.
- Knowledge of Networking, firewall and other security technology.
- Knowledge of Linux is good to have
