Required qualifications / experience:

• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications (e.g. ITIL Expert, CompTIA A+, MS Certified Desktop Support Technician) is a plus.
