• Experience in application development using the following technologies and programming languages such as Mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript.
• Experience in Project Management and is able to manage user expectation and deliver within project timeline
• Experience/knowledge in Scrum /DevOps concepts
• Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube
• Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, microservices architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes
• To have a keen interesting in IT / programming / system designs
• Good understanding of SDLC

Role Summary          

As a System Analysis, you'll assist the manager in system maintenance, user support, and data validation tasks, gaining hands-on experience in SAP implementation and configuration. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, assisting with documentation, and participating in testing activities to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP modules. With guidance from experienced team members, you'll contribute to optimizing SAP systems and providing efficient support to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Daily support and problem solving in SAP
• Support & Resolve user issues on daily basis and in a timely manner according to internal SLA Policy.

• Provide general application support for HR system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, VBA), etc.
• Responsible for system interface monitoring
  • Ensuring timely processing of all data exchange
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Assist with reporting requirements.
• Participate in activities to support Stock Take for Warehouse.
• Participate and support system implementation and enhancement.
• Facilitate system changes according to Business Requirements & Change Requests
