What you will do:

• Prepare and present regular reports on program outcomes, stakeholder engagement and community impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Gerontology, Social Work, Health Sciences, Education, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the health, ageing, or community development sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and managing educational or experiential learning programs.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with schools, government agencies, volunteers, and caregivers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage partnerships and collaborative projects.
• Strong understanding of the ageing process and the challenges faced by the elderly.
• Ability to foster and maintain professional networks and Communities of Practice (CoPs).
• Proficiency in impact measurement and evaluation methodologies.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Innovative thinking and ability to contribute to new innovations and equipment evaluation.
