Job Description

• Operate the power plant according to procedures and requirements including but not limited to starting, loading, unloading and shutting down the complete plant and systems
• Support the ASCE/SCE/PSCE to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation of the Power Station
• Have sound knowledge of the safe operating parameters, controls, precaution and safety interlocks when starting and loading plant equipment so as to avoid damage and to be able to run the plant in the most efficient manner

he Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract. • Operate the Combined Cycle Power Plant safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational guidelines to meet output requirements.
• Prepare for, execute, and monitor the startup, shutdown, and routine operations of generation units and auxiliary systems.
