Key Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud and its architecture.
Should have knowledge of Enterprise Marketing Management across multiple channels of
Communication (EMAIL, MAIL, SMS, PUSH etc)
Should extensive knowledge of Adobe Campaign at architecture level and to do
customization
Should have knowledge of integrating Adobe Campaign with Adobe Analytics, Adobe
Experience Manager etc and other components of Adobe Marketing Cloud.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Campaign Administration, Configurations and User
Management
Works closely with DATA Management Team and good knowledge in DATA Governance,
DATA Assimilation.
Should have knowledge of Landing Pages, Forms architecture for development of secure
web application development and deployment process.
Should have knowledge on Adobe Components Deployment options, Both on-premise and
Cloud.
Should have knowledge of Adobe Campaign Deployment options and Migration strategy.
Should have knowledge of integration Third party applications/software with Adobe
Campaign
Work with Project teams/Tech Lead/Developers in defining application architectures and
implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, technology standards, best
practices, business strategies
Translate requirements into detailed solutions for the new platform
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned
to project objectives
Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with
respect to Adobe Marketing Cloud
Defines integrations between the Adobe Marketing Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe
Audience Manager, Adobe Target and Dynamic Tag Management)
Designing a solution architecture and to identify the components and Templates for
Campaign Management - Segmentation Workflows, Technical Workflows and Delivery
Workflows.
Marketing Experience with sound digital marketing management experience
Banking retail campaign experience is preferred.
Creating data import workflow to pull data from SFTP/NAS/ drive, GRD (hive) and data
export workflow to push the data into SFTP/NAS drive.
Implemented Email/SMS/Push/Direct mail channel for automated campaign.
Developing e-mail templates using HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
Creating Campaign Workflow and creating E-mail pages compatible in different languages
for Oracle Product Campaigns in Email Execution Tool
Providing information related to software bugs and defects by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing development &service issues
Managing testing which include iteration test planning, test cases, test scripts, regression
testing, raising and retesting bugs, ensuring that organizational and quality standards are
met
Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking
necessary steps to ensure completion within time and effort parameters
Providing Training to User/Client after successful completion of adobe campaign
implementation.
Revising, editing or changing the existing web pages to keep the web portal up to date
Designing, developing & implementing the workflow program, presentation and managing
various phases of interface development based on technical specification
Extending high technical support on servers &ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
through prompt redress of problems
Communicating with internal/external clients to determine specific requirements and
expectations; managing client expectations as an indicator of quality
Mapping client's requirements and providing them the best IT solutions involving evaluation
of options, definition of scope of project, and finalization of project requirements
Administering and leading team members; allocating resources among team members and
guiding team members during the project, till final delivery
