Job Description

• Provide sales and administrative support to Online team including order management (eCommerce platform and official eShop)
• Support in day-to day orders flow in process, supply chain including but not limited to stock management to customer related queries
• End-to-End flow: Support the key sales support systems/processes (trade-in, eVouchers, etc) required to meet the rapid growth of the business.
• Execute operational tasks through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as external partners.
• Manage internal communications with both internal and external stakeholders
• Uploading sales report & churning of sales report

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of CEW from pre-project to post go live support
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to team
• Partnering with business stakeholders, architects to understand business requirements and technical design
