Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure all the purchase order complies with procurement procedures and policies.
• Handling multiple clusters / project sites office from sourcing requirements till generating of POs.
• Evaluate and recommending the most suitable goods and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvements through business reviews and supplier’s performance evaluations for continuous improvement and delivery of new value- add.
• Establish and maintain list of approved vendors including item / services database.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Participate and facilitate in vendors evaluation and qualifications.
• As-and –when required, assignment of any ad-hoc procurement duties / projects.

The Technical Support Engineer’s primary role is to delivery high quality, world class technical support on UKG Suite of products to a variety of end users. As a member of our Pro WFM Rapid Response team, you will provide support to our SaaS customers by accepting, troubleshooting, and resolving cases for issues related but not limited to the Pro WFM application, as well as the infrastructure that delivers it.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge on UKG Pro WFM and learn how to recognise and effectively troubleshoot the different focus areas of the application
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing within the application
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex customer issues utilising documentation, knowledge base, bug tracking system and senior team members expertise
• Replication customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and/or readying the issue for Engineering review
• Analyze customer configurations and think ‘outside the box’ to resolve and/or find an appropriate alternate solution
• Fully document all activities, interactions, and next steps throughout the lifecycle of a case per departmental guidelines
• Provide technical expertise to conduct specific performance or functional tests associated with resolving issues regarding UKG applications
• Provide standby, public holidays cover and after hour service as needed to meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Technical Artist / Graphic Programmer to join our team and contribute to the development of our gaming projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the art and technical teams to implement visual effects, optimize performance, and enhance the overall aesthetics of our games.

Responsibilities:

1. Write shaders to achieve desired visual effects based on artistic requirements.
2. Collaborate with the technical lead to establish art development processes, and continually monitor and optimize implementation.
3. Strive to find a balance between artistic effects and performance, enhancing product compatibility.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field.
2. 3 years or more of experience in Unity Technical Art (TA) development.
3. Proficiency in Unity's built-in rendering pipeline.

• Deliver technical support to customers for UPS and DC Systems and Battery.

Requirements:

• Able to travel Asia in short notice.

NOC Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tier-1 network monitoring and operations of IDC network, conducting 7*24*365 shift-based rotation.
• Responsible for promptly responding to, following up on, and driving the resolution of various network alarms and faults. Escalate to tier-2 engineer if needed.
• Responsible for following up and finishing network break fixes like switch replacement, link repairing and dark fiber restoration. Work with IDC technicians to conduct physical work and provide proper instruction remotely.
• Responsible for conducting some simple network maintenance.
• Summarize daily monitoring and operations work into documents and regularly share within the team.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in data center network monitoring and operations. Have basic understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP etc.
• Responsible, meticulous, have good communication skills.
• Capability of network troubleshooting and experience with Linux is preferred.
• CCNA or JNCIA certified.
