As a Software and Application Manager, you will be leading global teams and supporting multiple projects deploying ServiceNow based solutions for Veracity clients globally.

Your duties include working directly with clients, analysing and planning business strategy, and advising clients on technology solutions. You are also responsible for leading the team during client projects and overseeing its daily operations.

Software and Application Manager is also responsible for delivering outcomes for our clients. You will be conducting needs assessments, configuring applications, integrating third-party apps, building, and maintaining relationships, training and ongoing client support and follow-up. You are technically very strong and can work with customers to ensure their business requirements are solved not only through technology but also through people and process solutions.

Besides this, you will also be providing leadership focus for both your team and for the clients that you are supporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers

• Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow
• End-to-End development and complex workflows

Basic requirements

· 5-9 years of professional experience

· Expert ServiceNow knowledge

· Expert JavaScript knowledge

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in engineering discipline with minimum 1-3 years’ experience
• Knowledge in Vision/Optical Inspection system is required
• Experience in semiconductor devices manufacturing process and quality control
• Experience in semiconductor optical inspection equipment is beneficial
• Experience in any programming language (C++ or C# or Python) is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics / PC hardware system

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, VXLAN, MPLS, and other relevant protocols.
• Proficient with a wide range of network devices from leading vendors like Cisco (e.g., Catalyst & Nexus switches, ASR & ISR routers), Juniper (e.g., EX & QFX switches, MX routers), and Fortinet (e.g., FortiGate firewalls).
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices, with experience implementing and managing firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures.
• Proficient in using network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime) to monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network health and availability.
• Familiar with cloud networking concepts and platforms, including Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience integrating cloud services into existing network architectures.
