MAIN PURPOSE

The Regional Digital Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and optimization of point-of-sale (POS) across the organization's regional and Singapore operations. This role serves as a technical and business partner to the regional leadership, vendor management, and project teams to ensure the successful rollout and ongoing support of critical retail technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management and Vendor Collaboration

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regional POS and middleware rollout projects, working closely with vendors to align technology roadmaps and implementation plans.

- Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies with the support of vendor resources.

- Facilitate change management activities to support the seamless adoption of new systems by regional teams.
