Job Description:

Royalking Construction Pte Ltd specializes in aircon and ducting installations. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the installation projects from planning through to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality control, adhering to safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage aircon and ducting installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure that all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage project costs and prepare reports on project status and budget performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize installation efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in managing aircon and ducting installation projects.
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and ducting installation processes.
  Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  Experience in managing budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
  Knowledge of local safety and building regulations in aircon and ducting installations.
  
• Leadership & Communication:Strong leadership and people management skills.
  Excellent client and team communication abilities.
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications are an advantage. Must have a BCCPE Bca certication as well.

Electrical Trainer for Power System and IEC Standard

- Responsible for development of training curriculum, schedules etc

- Need to work with External auditor or conduct training courses externally occassionally

- Have work in Oil & Gas or Power industry is advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining building information models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.
• Participate in the implementation of BIM projects to enhance understanding and ability in the practical application of BIM projects.
• Work closely with project team members, designers, owners, and construction units to ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models.
• Use Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to organize project data, write problem records, project reports, and other documents.
• Work location is at Tuas and shuttle bus is available at certain mrt pickup point

Job requirements:

• Solid basic operating skills in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with relevant work experience preferred.
• Must have a background in architecture related majors, such as mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture, civil engineering, etc.
• Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to clearly and accurately express technical issues and solutions in the BIM modeling process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, able to efficiently complete document editing and organization work.
