TAM Core Responsibilities

The core TAM responsibilities are as follows:

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the ACS contract, TAMs maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. Ship to Shore Crane, Rubber tyred Gantry Cranes Development Engineering work

Overall responsible for development engineering works specifically for equipment of port crane such as Ship to Shore crane or rubber tyred gantry cranes in our delivery project.

• Responsible for Specialized Automated Port Crane Development Commissioning and overseas Port Crane Automation System functions to meet client-required standards.
• Involves in designing and developing special software and implementing ongoing Automation test projects at client place.
• Management of the entire project of the automated crane system, such as manpower management, negotiation with clients, and safety management.
• Overseeing Port Crane Automation Solutions on Remote Control Operation to meet client’s specifications.

Role Purpose:

As the Senior Application Consultant for Sequencing Lab systems, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Molecular Lab business team as well as a network of affiliate application teams through the Asia Pacific network.
• Technical customer support and service for the Sequencing Lab portfolio.
• Establish and retain customer loyalty by answering inquiries about experimental design, the scientific characteristics of our products and by providing advice/ troubleshooting on improving applications results for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Proactively utilize information and internal resources to aid in the resolution of technical issues.
• Synthesize response to inquiries based on research, literature and laboratory experimentation.
• Troubleshoot issues related to users’ technical skills, biochemistry/assay design, experimental design, software and instruments.
• Interpret affiliates’ needs and identify proper issue escalation pathways.
• Align and develop application training plans with stakeholders in Global and APAC affiliates.

In this role, you will:

• Provide expertise knowledge of the products and application to provide a consultative scientific support including assist in product selection, experimental design and workflow optimization.
• Take ownership and drive improvement of technical support for pre- and post-sales including troubleshooting and simple data analysis on Roche products for affiliates and customers.
• Gather and deliver strategic and competitive feedback, communicating use cases to Global and Regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and/or perform application training and demonstrations.

Who you are:

• Experience in sequencing laboratory discipline is required including sample preparation, workflow and target capture.
