Purpose

BIPO is seeking a HRMS Application Consultant. The candidate is responsible for the software implementation for the HRMS Module (Personnel, Leave, Claim, Payroll (Singapore), Attendance, Appraisal, Training, Recruitment).

Responsibilities

· Manages and implements multiple HRMS projects (small to medium and large projects) simultaneously.

· Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, conducting user acceptance test and maintaining quality control.
