Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Counsel and acting as a key business partner to cross functional business stakeholders, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes but is not limited to the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts including PPAs, EPC and O&M contracts and matters involving M&A and project financing. Contracts

Role:

• Provide legal advice and support to Group operational matters, including compliance, regulatory, project development (including construction and equipment procurement), financing, vendor and customer contracts
• Provide legal advice and support to Group’s investment activities, including M&A and JV matters
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters of companies within the Group
• Instruct and manage external counsel on a variety of legal matters
• Any additional adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• LLB and at least 10-15 years PQE is required
• Admission to Singapore Bar will be advantageous
• In-house and regional experience will be advantageous
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing construction and procurement contracts will be preferred
