Roles and responsibilities
a. Read and reply to all emails promptly
b. Assist group companies to navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
c. Research and resolve legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws,
argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
d. Propose resolution and draft settlements terms in Company's best interest.
e. Draft, review, complete, and file legal paperwork related to litigation
f. Draft, review, complete all Terms and Conditions in all types of Contracts and
Agreements ranging from Sales, Employment, Business Agreements, Franchise
Agreements, Distributorships Agreements, Letters of Credit, etc.
g. Examine, review and report any potential legal issues on the existing Contracts,
Agreements to the Company’s Director.
h. Manage multiple cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.
i. Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in law, successful passing of the bar exam, and a valid state license.
2. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
3. Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good leadership, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
5. The ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines.
