Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the commercial building premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks and clocking as per shift schedule.
• Control access to the building, check identification and issue passes to visitors.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Assist in emergencies, including fire alarms and evacuations.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Liaise with building management and tenants to address security concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building security protocols and regulations.
• Perform regular checks on security systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors.

The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for the development of multichannel digital content, including design, writing and corporate platform / channel management. SHEIN is looking for an experienced creative spark with a strategic mindset to take our corporate messaging and assets to new audiences across digital platforms, including social media and our corporate website. The successful candidate is part of a team supporting the company’s global strategic communication, and will be a leading member of the Global Communication Hub.

Responsiblities

• Establishing communication goals and objectives for digital campaigns / ad-hoc projects, including identifying target audiences and determining outreach methods / schedules

SHEIN is seeking a mid-level APAC Senior Legal Counsel for employment and general corporate work who will be responsible for supporting the Company’s human resource and business teams within the region on non-contentious legal matters. This will include supporting on employment or business-related queries from internal stakeholders and coordinating with the APAC regulatory counsel on external stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel on advice relating to a variety of employment or business queries or related matters.

Skills and Qualifications

• E-commerce or logistics experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be qualified to practice law in at least one civil law jurisdiction, and those with multiple qualifications will be preferred.

Job Duties:

- Conducting research, providing legal consultation and legal risk analysis on operational related legal issues, as well as providing solutions;

- Paying attention to relevant laws and regulations in the App development industry, participating in product compliance projects such as, copyright compliance, content compliance, patent protection & etc.; formulating and maintaining relevant operating guidelines, and be responsible for continuous optimization and improvement;
