About the role

The position is part of our SOC team, and is responsible for real time security event monitoring and security incident investigation.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor security alerts queue and perform initial triage to identify any false positives and initiate escalations as necessary.
• Monitors health of security sensors and managed infrastructure, and provide necessary support, including onsite troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident reports.
• Manage ticket queue and take ownership and responsibility of tickets assigned, within agreed SLA.

Job Responsibilities :

• General Support: Handle a variety of administrative, secretarial, and operational tasks for the Law Function in Singapore, such as managing legal databases, processing invoices, and preparing reports.
• Document Management: Assist with corporate and commercial legal documents, including formatting, proofreading, coordinating submissions, and ensuring documents are signed, notarized, or consularized.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas for digitizing and streamlining legal processes, working closely with the team and IT for better service delivery.
• Research and Reporting: Gather and compile information from different sources, and create reports, presentations, and other communications.
• Meeting Support: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, and coordinating logistics like rooms, equipment, and catering.
• Team Coordination: Help plan and run team meetings, track calendars, manage contact lists, and maintain organization charts.
• Travel and Expenses: Arrange business travel for the team, including visas, flights, and accommodation, and handle expense reporting.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related legal administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Administration and or relevant disciplines
• Prior experience supporting senior counsels and executives
• Minimum five years of administrative experience
• Proficiency with legal tools and technology (such as iManage), Office 365 (including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms etc.) and SharePoint
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Effective communications, including ability to communicate clearly, simply and directly with excellent professionalism
• Motivated self-starter and team player with a proactive "can do" attitude. Excel at taking initiative and driving actions in a fast-paced team environment, under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Prior experience working with business clients, lawyers, outside counsel, and staff.
