Job description:

• Perform Billings and collections
• Take up Receipts
• Process payments and vendor invoices
• All other accounting duties
• Any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
• Good in numerial and communication skills
• Self-motivated and have a commercially forward-looking mindset
• Accounting experience in law firms will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates may apply

Remuneration is between $2,500 - $3,500 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

• Manage, configure and upgrade a wide variety of security technologies
• Respond to managed security technologies fault alerts and/or customer escalation
• Troubleshoot product-specific technical issues within SLA and work with internal teams/external vendors to resolve technical issues
• Prepare and submit Incident Reports on high severity incidents
• Perform regular configuration backups on managed security products
• Create and update technical documentations on managed security technologies
• Generate monthly reports according to service scope requirements
• Adhere to organization and project security policies, procedures and security best practices
• Certifications is advantage: CISA / CISM

Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualise engineering design and execute the project with the detailed designs.
• Oversee project management including overall responsibility over resources, time allocation, cost and quality of project deliverables.
• Manage and engage client/consultant/contractors and local authorities to drive project execution, resolve issues, submission to authorities and overall on-site construction supervision.
• Develop good working relationships with clients and partners in the industry.

What you will need:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in design and project management of building and land development projects of various project size and typology.
• Strong technical proficiency in engineering analysis and design programmes such as Etabs, Plaxis.
• Knowledge in temporary works, ERSS will be an advantage.
• Conversant with local authorities’ requirement and submission procedures.
• A good track record of being a project / technical lead for significant / key projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to supervise and mentor the junior members in the team.
