• Participate in or conduct cyber-security assessments, and evaluate proposed changes, and/or execute action plans to enhance cyber-security resilience and risk mitigation.
• Design, implement, operate and maintain security tools, advance detection solutions with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Enhance cyber-security operations functions through process enhancements and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead enhancement of cyber-security functions through vendor/supplier identification, scope of work development, justification, contract review, contract negotiation and procurement engagement.
• Execute and communicate enhancement strategy of cyber-security functions using measured goals, proper tracking and reporting.
• Establish, maintain and enforce procedures, guidelines and baselines related to security for the users and administration of IT systems.
• Collaborate with stake holders from other IT functions for cyber gaps remediations efforts and provide security review consultations if required.
• Assess cloud security and propose improvements or solutions
• Implement security and data protection solutions in the cloud
• Strong understanding of API management and application integration methodologies
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in the IT field.
• 9 years’ experience in IT and/or cybersecurity field.
• At least 5 years work experience at information security service-company or cybersecurity department.
• Intermediate or Advanced GIAC certifications in any of Cyber Defense, Penetration Testing, and/or Digital Forensics & Incident Response domains preferred (examples: GPEN, GWAPT, GCIH).
• CISSP or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge with emerging technologies, such as intelligent automation, artificial intelligence (AI)/ machine learning (ML)
• Strong Knowledge of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns
• Cloud security certification is preferred (CCSP, CCSE, AZ 500, GCSA, CompTIA Cloud+ etc)
• Experience developing software such as Python or scripting language
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs implementation
• Proficient in written and oral English.
• Proficient in SIEM and Log Management Solutions. – SOAR solutions recommended.
• Understanding and familiarity with securing cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in both Windows and Unix/Linux operating system implementation and administration.

Job Scopes:

1. Handling, reviewing, drafting and assisting execution of contracts for :

a. Sales and Purchase of natural resources such as LNG;

b. Derivative transaction based on ISDA;

c. Time Charter Party for LNG Ship; and

d. any related matters thereof.

2. Preparing the invoice in timely manner regarding the above transaction.

3. Preparing the KYC documents based on the requests from counterparties.

4. Handle a fair amount of administrative tasks and incidental documentation matters necessary to comply with corporate policy, execute each transaction(s) to ensure all contractual obligations are met and implemented; and support in the commercial and administrative aspects of our trading business, and keep internal control by our Management, while understanding it as part of a key duty for the role.

5. Assisting legal works of Superior including but not limited to developing and proposing legal strategies and solutions through research, and providing contractual and commercial guidance on contracts to members in other departments..

6. Supporting, collaborating, supervising and coordinating legal work sent to external law firms.

7. Understand the risks around energy trading transactions including market risk, credit risk, operational risk etc.

8. Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

1. Diploma in law, legal studies, or relevant area. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is preferred.

2. At least 1-2 years’ working experience supporting legal matters and/or contracts administration,

3. Experience handling contract reviews, drafting and negotiation, especially for contracts described in Scope 1, is preferred.

4. Experience in handling contracts and documentations for trading, sales and purchase of commodities and transactions of international commodities (eg. oil, gas, LNG, etc) for at least 1-2 years in the LNG or oil and gas markets is highly preferred.

5. Willing to handle administrative work and understands the need to take care of inevitable administrative tasks regardless of qualification, expertise or position

6. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous but not essential.

7. Strong drafting, negotiation and legal analytical skills.

8. Sophisticated communication and work in a cross-functional team to achieve common goals.

9. Capable to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriately, and to prioritize and respond to business needs and goals; Sense of urgency, time priority and accountability.

10. Be respectful to colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and be inclusive in a multi-cultural work environment.
