Monthly pay range:

Job Responsibilities:

· Providing support to a Senior HR manager

· Handling of all HR and payroll related matters (about 200 pax)

· Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development

· Implementing of HR policies and strategies and ensuring all policies comply with company standard

· Ensure smooth operations in employee life cycle processes

· Liaising with MOM for work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

· Conducting of daily updates in HRIS data base

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· Experience with Times Software would be an added advantage

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
