Job Description

• Provide management with timely finance-related analysis and recommendations across a range of critical business decisions
• Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
• Interpret and communicate monthly P&L outcome to Business Unit COO
• Partner the business units during annual business planning to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability

• Perform financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis
• Be a coach to the Finance Executives in the team

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 2 years in an FP&A position
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Self-directed, hands-on, motivated and highly committed to meet deadlines and targets
• Independent and able to work with all levels in a high matrix organisation
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
• Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provde supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
• Manage the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts

• Prepare adhoc presentations for COO and/or CFO

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of retail malls, including building maintenance and tenant support
• Establish, build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants
• Partner cross-functional teams to formulate and develop group-wide initiatives to optimise operational efficiency
• Establish effective and strategic policies, procedures, and systems to support mall operations
• Involve in asset enhancement initiatives for existing malls and new projects under development
• Manage the manpower resources effectively to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
• Work with relevant external Government agencies, service providers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
• At least 15 years of experience in property, retail and/or tenant management
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful, strategic, energetic and passionate to drive initiative

Responsibilities

• Business Decision Support: Partner with business unit to provide market and business insights and assist in providing finance-related analysis and recommendations, including support business on ad-hoc financial analysis and financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
• Results Tracking and Reporting: Prepare, consolidate and analyse monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review and facilitate discussions on driving revenue, meeting expense targets and implementing more effective operational strategies. Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentaries on actual versus budget/forecast/prior year variances.
• Annual Business Planning: Gather inputs from business units to prepare the annual budgets and forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process; review reasonableness, identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare ad-hoc presentations for COO or CFO
• Any other ad-hoc projects and requests as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience working in a Big 4 audit firm
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to streamline existing processes for operational efficiency
• Work with the respective operations team in each mall on the implementation of group initiatives to ensure consistency across all malls
• Achieve efficiency and procedural effectiveness through clearly defined SOPs (eg. In-tenancy SOP, Fit-out and Handover SOP, Arrears Management SOP, etc) and compliance with industry regulations
• Improve service standards and increase customer satisfaction in areas of tenant engagement, adequacy of mall facilities and amenities, as well as maintenance and upkeep of the malls
• Work with respective operations teams to gather operational insights for projects under development

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new retail and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing malls
• Review and evaluate retail mall planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs)
• Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike
• Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines (to be applied across all FEO malls) as and when necessary, to be keep abreast with current market best practices
• Ensure well-designed tenancy fit-outs across the mall through coordination with Retail Operations and Central Engineering team, as well as consultants and contractors where necessary

Requirements:

• Related degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture
• Team player who is adept in working collaboratively and independently where necessary to drive desired outcomes
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• No prior experience is required for entry-level roles
