Job Description

• Assist with the preparation of weekly flash report.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements for the assigned services. Ensure team members complete the monthly closing for their services on time.

• Being an effective business partner to the regional director and managers. Drive value added analysis to provide useful business insights to support/ improve decision making.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of disbursements process – include ensuring disbursements are checked for accuracy, relevant supporting documents are submitted and verified, disputes are resolved promptly, monthly reconciliations are prepared and discrepancies are followed up, and any advances given are accounted for/ recovered timely.
