What is the role?

Yinson GreenTech is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our marine division (“marinEV”) to develop exciting solutions for electric harbour craft and charging infrastructure. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

• To supervise, inspect, coordinate and control of all site work activities

• To be responsible for all on-site matters, monitoring project progress and schedule

• To ensure all operations are carried out safely

• To liaise and co-ordinate closely with Clients, Consultants and Sub-contractor

• To ensure proper hand over of project to Client Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction industry

• Able to read and understand technical drawings.

• Good team player and communication skills

* Must have Class 3 driving License

* Working days - 5.5

* Salary - $2500 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
