Responsibilities:

§ Planning, co-ordination and execution of LTA and SMRT projects

§ To attend all interface and co-ordination meetings with different stakeholders and contractors

§ Installation, monitoring, supervision, testing and troubleshooting of RTU at site

§ Preparation of project documents and drawings

Requirements:

§ Relevant Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic

§ Strong interpersonal skill with a positive attitude

Our benefits and compensation for permanent position are as follows:

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)

Project Coordinator

The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to Zero or minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site even though he/she is not the chief-in-charge of the project.
• Completing Quality Inspections.

Job Description:

➤Lead project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
➤Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of projects and on-site works.
➤Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
➤Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
➤Responsible for planning, evaluating, and implementing the entire project safety and ISO systems.
➤Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants, clarify requirement, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project.
➤Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation and attend daily site meetings
➤Identify and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

➤Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
➤Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 10 years project management experience at local projects.
➤Strong technical abilities and interpersonal skills.
➤Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
➤Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
➤With Good project management skills and strong analytical skills.
➤Working experiences in LTA project.
