Job Summary:
As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee project management, scheduling, and implementation for company's access solutions in Singapore. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and performing equipment testing and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and relevant experience in project coordination and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Coordination:
- Oversee project management, scheduling, and implementation.
- Manage site activities, project teams, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with building owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Conduct pre-installation inspections and prepare site drawings.
- Develop As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and conduct maintenance training.
- Perform equipment and system testing and commissioning, including fire alarm testing.
Technical Support:
- Test and commission installed products.
- Prepare materials, production specifications, and technical drawings.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in project coordination and site management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively.
- Technical expertise in equipment testing and commissioning.
- Proficiency in preparing technical drawings and documentation.
