As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic world of E-commerce and Logistic management. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of account management, content management, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship development. Job Descriptions:-

- Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Oversee product listing and catalog management, maintaining up-to-date product information.

- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Poses Diploma or higher educational level, Major in Business Admin, Marketing or Supply Chain and Logistics management preferred.

- Proven experience in e-commerce account management and business development.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and social media.

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing outstanding post-sales support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including order picking, product packing, arranging deliveries, generating payment links, and updating delivery status.
