Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Implementation: support and implement planning strategies and plans based on the global and regional Supply Chain's overall strategy. This includes but is not limited to inventory strategy, replenish strategy, demand forecast strategy, master data management, logistics network, etc.
• Data analysis and decision support: Use advanced supply chain data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain performance, identify potential problems and opportunities, and provide data support for improvement and decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Prepare Estimated P&L and submit on 1st and 15th on each month.
• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot salary discrepancies.
• Prepare analysis reports for CF Department.
• Conduct interview for outlet staffs.
• Upkeep TMS & SAP.
• Submit application for delivery platform.
• Identifying ways to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours.
• Keep track of daily sales and coordinate with Department/Section Heads to ensure the sales target is met.
• Reassess the CF sales target monthly and adjust it according to outlet demand and potential.
