Job requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Candidate with Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is an added advantage

• Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Possess a Class 3 license.

Job Responsibilities

• Work independently or as part of the Project Team in the planning and execution of projects
• Work with the drafting personnel on the design and preparation of shop drawings
• Review and submission of materials/equipment for approval
• Coordination with the various contractors on board the same project as well as liaising with the Client/Consultants on their requirements

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, within budget, deliver on time, safety alertness and the required quality.
• Able to prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure that the overall resources are used effectively and within project deadlines.
• Assist to prepare bid tender for new projects and ensure project compliance with company policy and guideline.
• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project.
• Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Select, guide and develop a team of project member with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Qualifications in Related Field of studies.

• Provide cross-functional support to various areas of the business as needed, including technical assistance and post-sales service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in consultative sales, specifically within the building materials or construction industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B external sales role, preferably working with direct and indirect sales channels.
• Deep understanding of project-based sales and the ability to engage with developers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative, discipline, and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of using CRM tools for account and project management.
