• Establish and ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures
• Conduct annual risk analysis report, research on market and industry trends
• Manage all content assets, database maintenance and archiving of Salesforce, SharePoint and Web Apps
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualification & Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience supporting Senior Management and/or in a Strategic Planning support role
• Good understanding of financials
• Analytical and meticulous
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite, Salesforce and Data Analysis tools
• Possess high level of co-ordination competency and excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Positive working attitude, result-oriented and highly motivated
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Preferably, has experience using ERP systems
• Singaporean/PR only

Additional Information

• 5-day work week
• Work hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm
• Work location at Ubi Avenue 1

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans
• Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans
• Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers / law firm
• Perform imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents
• Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents
• Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival
• Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries
