Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, operation, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems within assigned properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, fire protection, and other M&E equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for M&E systems to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards for M&E systems, including health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and address any deficiencies.
• Develop and manage budgets for M&E maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. Monitor expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality and reliability of services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their M&E-related needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively. Communicate proactively with tenants regarding planned maintenance activities, service disruptions, and safety precautions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in M&E such as ACMV, and Electrical services
• Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.
