The FP&A Director will work closely with our CFO, APAC on short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations to ensure profitable growth for Moet Hennessy brands in the Region. As the lead for Moet Hennessy’s financial budget, forecast and financial management reporting processes, you will be a key liaison with MH Markets, MH Maisons and Region’s business leaders for all financial matters.

Management Reporting, Planning and Analysis

• Lead the financial planning process including analysis on Volumes, Net Sales, Pricing, OPEX and Operating Profit
• Liaise with Region’s Management, MH Central, Maisons and other Regions on expectations, guidelines and timelines
• Prepare accurate and insightful business comments to explain the performance versus plans and previous year
• Analyze and provide insights on strategic business dynamics and trends as well as factors affecting business performance, highlight any financial issue requiring management attention

Business Partnering with Markets, Maisons and Region’s business leaders

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Financial Planning / Finance Controlling in a multinational company with good knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge of internal control and processes
