Job Scope:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and sub-contractors
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with method of statement
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are compiled
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage
• Prepare monthly progress report

Requirement:

• Diploma and/or Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• 1 – 4 years of working experience in relevant industry. Training provided for candidate with lesser or without experience

• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for overall project management and coordination to new and existing projects with the proper monitoring of manpower allocation, project requirement and attendance of meeting, etc.

• Prepare, discuss and report project schedule, cash flow, budget, etc. with the management.
• Track and report weekly on project(s) completion.
• Track and forecast on monthly project revenue and expenses, etc and other key project metrics.
• Outline and determine project roles of team members based on respective project requirement, timeframe and budget.
• Outline and determine resource requirement (including staffing, software, hardware, equipment and facilities) of respective projects, based on project specification and requirement.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Leads the respective project team to prioritize signed off project works based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or barriers, budget resources and deadlines.
• Establish and well documented and communicated schedule for all phases of project(s).

Responsibilities:

• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
• Workout and maintain VO schedule.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Prepare progress claim to Main-contractor on monthly basis.
• Prepare payment certificate, verify sub-contractor work progress.
• Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering / equivalent.
• Min. 3 years ACMV work experience in M&E construction industry is Preferred.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer to join our team, in this rapidly growing field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new markets, and achieving sales goals. The candidate will work on a freelance basis and will be paid by commission based on closed and completed deals. The candidate should have experience in industries other than energy and oil and gas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze potential and existing markets to identify business opportunities
• Propose and align with management on approach
• Provide weekly updates
• Establish and manage customer relations
• Conduct market research to develop sales strategies and roadmaps
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships for the future growth of the company
• Identify new markets and opportunities
• Provide pre-sale technical support as necessary

• Expected to undergo training to thoroughly familiarize with laser cleaning systems
• Ability to apply for and pass tests for NEA licence to operate laser cleaners is a plus but not mandatory

Remuneration

• No basic salary
• Fully commission-based, based on a % of completed sale, to be agreed
• Transport allowance included as part of all-in commission
• Probation period applicable
