Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updates
• Deliver project on time, to budget and to other agreed criteria within corporate guidelines including the client’s requirements
• Represent company to lead projects
• Motivate and lead team in executing and completing projects successfully with management’s desired end-result
• Execute project innovatively with better methodologies in time and cost management
• Responsible for all site matters
• Ensure compliance with all governmental and building regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Working experience in Governmental projects such as HDB, LTA, JTC is an added advantage
• Possess knowledge in the preparation of necessary documentation as required such as Monthly Progress Report, Budget Report, Master construction Programme (using MS Project), Method Statements of works, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD

Job Scope

1. Liaise with clients, consultants, Landlord, Owner, sub-contractors and relevant Authorities to ensure smooth completion of projects.

• Experience in AWS and Azure Cloud services, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS is an added advantage
