13. Provide project progress reports on work tasks assigned

14. Perform testing where required and perform data / requirement resolution and patching

15. Review and rationalize requirements (e.g. to avoid duplicate solutions for the requirements, or standardize it among the different institutions)

16. Review and monitor daily jobs to ensure timely delivery of data

Qualifications/ Experience:

1) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

2) 3-5 years of relevant IT project experiences with implementation involvement in at least 1-2 project cycles

3) At least 2 year of project management experience with hands-on experience in project implementation and vendor management in medium-scale to large-scale projects

4) At least 1 year experience in healthcare industry, preferably with broad understanding of healthcare business processes like patient administration, patient accounting, and bed management processes

5) Seasoned experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from end-users

6) Solid understanding and hands on experience in all phases of project system development lifecycle

7) Strong communication skills and end-user focused

8) Effective written and verbal communication skill

9) Coach and team player to ensure team meets delivery targets

Requirements

1) Knowledge on SAP ISH (Industry Solution for Hospitals) or SAP FI/MM/HR (Financial / Material Management / Human Resource)

2) SAP IMG System configuration and customization

3) Programming skills in SAP ABAP/4 programming, ABAP Query, ALV reporting, SAPScripts and SmartForms, preferred

4) Knowledge on Web development and design, .NET and JavaScript

5) Knowledge on HL7 standards, Biztalk, Webservices is preferred.
